- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very easy experience getting our loan processed with Michael, Michelle, and his Lakelender Team. He asked for documents and we provided them. He had us ready to close a week early which was an unexpected bonus. Much, much easier than our last experience with a less experienced processor/lender. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience. Do not use Michael, he has a bad work ethic. I filled out a loan application a month ago and have not heard anything back from him. In the beginning I talked to him on the phone a couple of times. Since I submitted the loan application I've left 4+ voicemails with no return call, I've left numerous emails with no return email, even called the office and a woman with the same last name answered the phone, again no return call. Another reviewer had the same experience, do not use this guy unless you want to have a bad experience.By Lisa Sorrels, February 26, 2017
